Two Ingredient, Four step recipe.
In my culinary career I found that more often than not when searching the internet for a recipe if it sounds both delicious and super easy, than most likely is either not delicious, or not easy, or worse hard to replicate and disgusting. However once in a while I will find then perfect recipe that is exactly as it is suppose to be. This week was one of those weeks, I was having a Tasty themed recipe week and I came across a recipe for 2 ingredient souffle, this had me curious souffles normally have 6 or more ingredients and twice as many labor-intensive steps. I was skeptically but willing to give it a shot and it turned out delicious, so delicious I ended up using the recipe for an event later in the week.
Nutella Souffle
- 1 Cup Nutella
- 4 Eggs, Seperated
Ingredients:
- Place 1 cup of Nutella in a medium bowl, add 4 egg yolks. Mix until incorporated.
- Beat Egg whites in stand mixer or with a hand mixer on high until stiff peaks.
- Fold the Egg whites and Hazelnut mixture together until evenly mixed. Place evenly into souffle cups.
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, (okay to leave in fridge or on counter while you wait. I made mine for the event at 11am and did not bake until 430pm,) Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they have risen.

I love to serve mine hot with either fresh berries, or whipped cream and chocolate sauce. This recipe made 4 souffles.
